Product Information

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Natural stones and pearls can vary in colour, pattern, shape and surface. Screen settings and lighting may also affect colour appearance. These reasonable natural variations are not defects.

Orders, Pricing and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site. Shipping charges and taxes collected at checkout may apply. Mineralyra covers import duties associated with delivery. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons such as suspected fraud, pricing error, stock unavailability or delivery restrictions; any payment collected for a cancelled order will be refunded.

Delivery, Returns and Refunds
