Once your order has been dispatched, we will email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first movement.

How to track your parcel

  1. Open the shipping confirmation email sent for your order.
  2. Select the tracking link to view the latest carrier updates.
  3. If you cannot find the email, check your spam or promotions folder.

If tracking has not updated for several business days, email support@mineralyra.com with your order number.

Lost or damaged parcel promise

If a parcel appears lost in transit, arrives damaged, or is delivered incorrectly, contact us as soon as possible. For visible damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery where possible and include clear photographs of the item, packaging and shipping label. This request does not limit your statutory rights.

Mineralyra will review the carrier record and the information provided. When loss or transit damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement at no extra cost or a refund, according to availability and your preference. If a return is required because of confirmed transit damage or our error, Mineralyra will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Please keep the parcel and all packaging until the review is complete. Do not return an item before receiving instructions from us.

Shipping commitment

Orders are prepared in Jinhua, Zhejiang, China within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery is typically 7–9 business days after dispatch (USD 3.99), and expedited delivery is typically 4–6 business days after dispatch (USD 6.99). Mineralyra covers applicable import duties.
