Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unworn or unused, in its original condition and packaging, with any tags or protective materials included. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Because natural stones and pearls vary naturally in colour, shape, pattern and surface, these normal variations are not defects.

How to request a return

Email support@mineralyra.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and reason for return. We will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions and the return address. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return postage and should use a tracked service. If the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or the return results from our error, Mineralyra will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please inspect your order on arrival. Contact us promptly at support@mineralyra.com with your order number and clear photos if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned once their sealed hygiene packaging has been opened, unless they are faulty. Customised, personalised, made-to-order items and gift cards are not returnable. Sale items are returnable only where required by applicable law or where expressly stated.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the eligible original item and place a new order after your return is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error. Mineralyra covers applicable import duties for the customer, and duties paid by Mineralyra are not deducted from an approved product refund.

European Union cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to applicable law and the eligibility conditions above. This does not affect any longer 30-day return period we voluntarily provide.
