Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label, together with instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so that we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including custom-made products, such as special orders or personalised items.

We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the replacement item.

European Union 30-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if your order is delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without giving a reason.

As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn or unused, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
