Gemstones and freshwater pearls can vary in colour, pattern, shape, lustre and surface. Photographs show the overall design; lighting and screens can also affect colour. Natural differences are not the same as a damaged item or faulty fastening. Contact us if you need to check a particular feature.
What should I check about the materials?
Read the materials listed for the specific design, including its gemstones, pearls and metal components. Natural origin does not by itself mean a stone is untreated. If a treatment, colour origin or component is not specified and matters to you, ask us before ordering.
Are cultured freshwater pearls real pearls?
Yes. Cultured freshwater pearls are real pearls, grown in molluscs with human involvement; they are not the same as imitation pearls or naturally occurring wild pearls. Check the individual listing for the pearl type and other materials used.
How do I choose the right size?
Compare the measurements with jewellery that fits you. Finished bracelet length is not the same as wrist circumference, and bead size affects the fit. Ring listings use the sizing system stated on the page. Ask us before ordering if a measurement or component size is missing.
How should I care for my jewellery?

Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Our single shipping service is Express Delivery: estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch, with a base shipping charge of US$2.99.
