Jewellery Care Guide

Natural stones and pearls are individual materials. Small differences in colour, shape, pattern and surface are part of their character rather than defects.

Everyday Care

  • Put jewellery on after perfume, lotion, sunscreen and hairspray have dried.
  • Remove it before bathing, swimming, exercising, sleeping or household cleaning.
  • Avoid prolonged contact with water, salt, chlorine, cosmetics and cleaning products.
  • Handle pearl, crystal and stone elements gently; do not pull, twist or drop the piece.

Cleaning

After wear, wipe the piece gently with a clean, dry, soft cloth. Do not soak it or use ultrasonic cleaners, steam, abrasive cloths or chemical jewellery dips unless a product listing specifically says they are suitable.

Storage

Store each piece separately in a dry pouch or lined jewellery box, away from direct sunlight, humidity and heat. Fasten chains before storage and keep harder stones away from pearls to reduce scratching.
