What does Mineralyra sell?
Mineralyra focuses on gemstone, crystal and freshwater pearl jewellery, including bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings. Each product page lists the materials and options confirmed for that design.
Are the gemstones and pearls identical to the photographs?
Natural gemstones and cultured freshwater pearls can vary in colour, pattern, shape, lustre and surface. Product photos show the overall design, but lighting and screens may affect colour. Contact us before ordering if you need to check a particular feature.
Are all metal details sterling silver?
Metal components vary by design. Each product page lists the metal details we can confirm. If a component or finish is not specified and matters to you, ask us before ordering.
Are crystal meanings guaranteed?
No. Gemstone meanings are traditions and personal associations, not proven health effects.
How do I choose the right size or fit?
Compare the measurements on the product page with an item you already own. Bracelet length is not the same as wrist circumference, and ring listings use the sizing system stated on the page. Our bracelet size guide may help. Ask us before ordering if a measurement is missing.
Do you offer gemstone and pearl bracelets for small wrists?
Yes. Our small-wrist bracelet collection includes designs with 14.5 cm and 15 cm finished-length options. Many also offer 16, 17 and 18 cm; check the live product page for the available sizes. Finished length is not wrist circumference, and larger or irregular beads reduce the internal space.
Should I choose a 14.5 cm, 15 cm or 16 cm bracelet?
Compare your snug wrist measurement, the bead size and your preferred room for movement. Within the same design, 15 cm adds 0.5 cm of finished length over 14.5 cm; 16 cm adds 1.5 cm. These differences are not universal wrist-size recommendations. Read our bracelet size guide and contact us if you are between sizes.
How should I care for my jewellery?
Keep pieces dry and away from perfume, lotion and household chemicals. Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, exercise or sleep. Wipe gently after wear, store pieces separately and follow the specific notes in our care guide.
Buying jewellery online: fit, materials and wear
Are cultured freshwater pearls real pearls?
Yes. Cultured freshwater pearls are real pearls grown with human assistance; imitation pearls are made to resemble pearls using other materials. “Baroque” describes an irregular shape, not proof of origin. Check the material description for the particular Mineralyra piece. GIA explains cultured and imitation pearls.
Can I confirm pearl authenticity from a product photo or price?
No. A photo or price alone cannot establish pearl identity, treatment or grade. Read the stated materials and ask about any missing information before buying. Where independent verification matters, ask whether a gemological report is available for the exact piece; do not assume one is included. Avoid scratching, heating or other potentially damaging home tests.
Why can two bracelets with the same length fit differently?
Bead diameter, irregular shapes and the fastening affect the space inside a bracelet. A 15 cm finished-length beaded bracelet is not a guaranteed fit for a 15 cm wrist. Compare the design's measurements with a similar bracelet you already wear and use our small-wrist sizing guide.
Are beaded pearl rings adjustable or one-size-fits-all?
Do not assume so. Mineralyra's element-inspired pearl rings list US sizes 5.5, 6 and 6.5. Select your measured ring size. A beaded appearance does not confirm elastic construction or an adjustment range; ask us about the exact product if its stringing material is not listed.
How can I judge whether earrings will feel heavy?
Compare the weight per earring, total drop length, width and fastening with a pair you find comfortable. Length alone does not establish weight. If a Mineralyra listing does not show weight or post dimensions, contact us with the product link before ordering; photographs cannot supply those measurements.
Does sterling silver mean every earring component has the same material?
No. Posts, hooks, backs, connectors and decorative parts may have different specifications. Use the components listed for the exact design, and ask about any unspecified part that contacts your skin. Do not infer a nickel-free or hypoallergenic test result from a general silver description.
What should I do if a beaded ring or bracelet starts to loosen?
Stop wearing the piece if you notice frayed string, a loose connection or a damaged clasp. Keep the piece and any loose beads together, then contact us with photos and your order number. We will review the issue; a repair, replacement or refund depends on the circumstances and applicable policy, rather than a blanket lifetime guarantee.
What details help when buying jewellery as a gift?
Start with the recipient's ring size or wrist measurement, preferred materials and usual earring weight or necklace length. Compare the actual selected variant's price and review delivery estimates and return conditions before ordering. Our gifts with options under US$50 collection is a budget starting point, not a guarantee that every size has the same price.

Do I need to believe in crystal meanings to wear gemstone jewellery?
No. You can enjoy a stone for its colour, texture and form, or attach your own memory to it. Symbolic meanings are personal or cultural interpretations, not guaranteed effects.
What makes a jewellery gift feel personal?

Does everyday jewellery mean I can leave it on all the time?
No. Choose jewellery that suits your daily wardrobe and fit preferences, then follow its care instructions. Remove delicate gemstone and pearl pieces before showering, swimming, exercise or sleep. Daily styling does not mean waterproof or maintenance-free.
Will natural variation make my piece one of a kind?
Stones and cultured pearls can differ in colour, pattern and shape. These material differences do not by themselves mean the design is exclusive or custom-made. Product photos show the design; ask about a specific feature before ordering.
How long does delivery take and how much does it cost?
Orders are normally prepared within 1–2 business days. Our single shipping service is Express Delivery: estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch, with a base shipping charge of US$2.99. Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Delivery times are estimates; supported destinations, any eligible discounts and the final charge are shown at checkout. See delivery information.
Who pays import duties?
Mineralyra covers import duties associated with delivery under our shipping policy. Taxes collected at checkout appear in the order total. If a carrier unexpectedly asks for import duty, retain the official notice or receipt and contact us.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link emailed after dispatch. The first carrier update can take up to 48 hours. See track your order for help.
Can I return an item?
Our policy allows return requests for eligible items within 30 days of receipt. Conditions and exclusions apply, including opened sealed hygiene packaging for pierced earrings, personalised items and certain sale items. For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Contact us to obtain a local return address in the United Kingdom or United States before sending anything back, and read the full returns and refunds policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and help with the appropriate resolution.
