Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unused and in the condition in which it was received, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or other proof of purchase is required.

To request a return, email support@mineralyra.com before sending anything. Include your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide the return address and instructions after reviewing your request. Items sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return postage and labels

We do not automatically provide prepaid return shipping labels for change-of-mind returns. Unless we confirm otherwise in writing, the customer is responsible for return postage and for using a tracked shipping service.

If an item is defective, damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, Mineralyra will provide an appropriate remedy and will cover reasonable return shipping costs when a return is required because of our error.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return results from our error. Import duties covered by Mineralyra are not deducted from an approved product refund.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Custom-made, personalised and special-order products cannot be returned unless faulty. For hygiene reasons, worn earrings and pierced jewellery cannot be returned. Gift cards cannot be returned. Sale items are final sale unless faulty or applicable law requires otherwise.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a replacement is to return the original item following the process above and place a new order after the return is accepted.

European Union cooling-off rights

If an order is delivered to the European Union, mandatory consumer cancellation rights continue to apply. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Refunds

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the return. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and card providers may require additional processing time.
