Order Processing
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Each piece is inspected and packed before dispatch. Weekends and public holidays are not counted as business days.
Tracking
Tracking details are emailed after dispatch. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to show its first movement. If it has not updated for several business days, contact support@mineralyra.com with your order number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Mineralyra covers import duties associated with delivery. Customers are not responsible for paying import duties. Taxes that must be collected at checkout will be shown in the order total. If a carrier or local authority unexpectedly asks you to pay import duty to receive the parcel, keep the official receipt and contact support@mineralyra.com with your order number so we can review and reimburse the eligible duty charge.
Address Changes
Contact us as soon as possible if your shipping address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee an address change after processing or dispatch has begun.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. If tracking shows “delivered” but the parcel cannot be found, check with household members, neighbours and the local carrier before contacting us for assistance.
