Our shipping service is Express Delivery: estimated 5–8 business days after dispatch, with a base shipping charge of US$2.99. US and UK orders of US$60 or more ship free (applied automatically at checkout). Weekends and public holidays are excluded. Delivery times are estimates; supported destinations, any eligible discounts and the final charge are shown at checkout. Mineralyra covers import duties associated with delivery.

Request a return within 30 days of receipt for eligible items. Before returning, contact support@mineralyra.com so we can provide the return address and instructions. Items must be unworn or unused, in original condition and packaging. Change-of-mind return postage is paid by the customer. Exclusions apply, including opened sealed hygiene packaging for pierced jewellery, personalised items and certain sale items. Statutory rights are unaffected.
